Myrtle Mini Rome Adventure

On Saturday 4th February 2012, Nigel Gooding will set off from Ide, near Exeter to Rome in his beloved Mini called Myrtle! Nigel and Myrtle will meet a welcoming party outside the Rome Coliseum on Friday 10th Feb. The aim is to arrive in time for the 6 Nations clash between Italy and England. Myrtle will be raising money for ELF and the rugby charity Wooden Spoon.
This event will capture the hearts of car fanatics and Rugby fans alike. Myrtle, a 1998 Mini 998c, was completely refurbished in the summer of 2011 and is now fully MOT'd and road ready for her trip to Italy. The full route of over 1,000 Miles that Nigel and Myrtle will be taking can be seen here.
