New ELF Tiverton Supporter Group supported by Tiverton Rugby Club
Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF) was delighted to receive a £250 cheque from Tiverton Rugby Club at their inaugural meeting of the ELF Tiverton Supporter Group.
The ELF Tiverton Supporter Group has been set up to offer local informal support and friendship to individuals with leukaemia, lymphoma and other blood conditions and their loved ones. The group held their first meeting on Monday 6th Feb at Tiverton Rugby Club and already have a number of ideas to help fundraise for ELF and raise awareness of the charity in the local area. The group welcome new members and anyone interested in finding out more is invited to the next meeting at Tiverton Rugby Club to be held at 7pm on Monday 5th March, please feel free to simply turn up and meet everyone.
Tiverton Rugby club have been a fantastic supporter of ELF over the past few years and as well as donating space in their clubhouse to hold the meetings they surprised the group by presenting a cheque for £250 raised at their fireworks evening. ELF and all of the members of the Tiverton Supporter Group would like to thank Tiverton Rugby Club for their continued fantastic support.
