Tozers have Green Fingers this March

Exeter Leukaemia fund is pleased to announce that Tozers Solicitors are the official sponsors for the 2012 ELF Gardening Talk. Val Bourne is to join ELF at the Gardening Talk on Saturday 3rd March at Budleigh Salterton Public Hall. Val is an award-winning garden writer who appears regularly in The Daily Telegraph, Saga, Grow It and Gardens Illustrated among many other publications. She has written 7 books to date which all reflect her organic approach to gardening.

“I am very much looking forward to the talk by Val Bourne, an expert horticulturalist and brilliant writer. It is fantastic that Tozers are again sponsoring this annual fundraising event which will attract garden enthusiasts from across the South West.” Dale Edwards, Chief Executive of ELF.

Vernon Clarke, Head of Private Client at Tozers Solicitors in Exeter, comments: “I am very much looking forward to hearing Val speak. Anything which encourages people to take an interest in gardening is likely to be good for Devon’s wildlife as far too many gardens in towns now are simply decked and paved over. I am delighted that we, as corporate supporters of ELF, have been able to sponsor this event and help make it happen.”

This popular annual event, which attracts many gardening enthusiasts, starts at 2:30 pm with refreshments and a raffle. Tickets are £5 and can be purchased from the ELF Office, online at www.elfchaity.org.uk/events and many local Garden Centres. To look at the complete events programme for 2012 please visit the ELF website at www.elfcharity.org.uk/events or speak to a member of the ELF team on 01392 493344.
