ELF Summer Tea Party

Join Michael Caines MBE and support ELF with a Summer Tea Party! Your event can be whatever you want it to be in order to raise money for Devon blood cancer patients. You can hold a garden party, treat your colleagues to some homemade bakes, or even get together with friends for a barbeque in the sunshine!

The ELF Summer Tea Party runs throughout July & August and can be as big or small in scale as you wish. Simply set a date, pick your venue, and invite your guests. You could charge an entrance fee, have a collection box for general donations or sell cakes/treats/burgers at set prices. Whether you serve traditional cake and cream teas (cream first of course!), enjoy a full barbeque or opt for a classic bake sale, enjoy spending time with your loved ones knowing that every pound you raise will help to fund our vital support services for blood cancer patients and their families in Devon.

Michael Caines MBE, one of the country's most celebrated chefs, is backing our summer campaign. Michael says: “I am delighted to support the great work of Exeter Leukaemia Fund, as they help families affected by blood cancer in the local community. Blood cancer can affect anybody of any age. Please join me in supporting this great local charity.”

Michael has kindly provided the recipe for his favourite carrot cake, which is available in our free fundraising pack for all hosts. Have a go at baking his recipe alongside your own delicious bakes!

COMPETITION TIME! Michael is wearing one of our new ELF aprons, produced for the Summer Tea Party. Available for purchase at £20 each, or raise £150 from your event and we'll send you one for free! Plus all Summer Tea Party hosts will be put into a draw, with one winner being picked at random to win an exclusive Michael Caines signed ELF apron.

Registration for ELF's Summer Tea Party is now open. Please complete a registration form and we will send you a free fundraising pack: ELF's Summer Tea Party Registration Form (office.com)
