Paul Dupré became full time manager of Cafe ELF in June 2010 and soon became very popular with patients, staff and visitors due to his cheerful and friendly attitude along with the varied range of tempting hot and cold snacks and drinks that Cafe ELF provides.

He’s happy to take on board suggestions where possible; examples include offering a wider selection of fruits and gluten free options on the menu.
