Tracy not only line manages all of the retail managers but is also known to many supporters as the “lady in the office”.

Ensuring all the separate factions of the ELF team run smoothly and in unison Tracy is the glue to the charity. She lives with her husband John and a menagerie of animals in Dawlish, including cats, dogs and Daisy the parrot, who does a great impression of a telephone.
