Our strong partnership with the Exeter Chiefs Foundation continues

This autumn, we were delighted to be renewed as a charity partner for the Exeter Chiefs Foundation.

As such, we supplied a team of volunteers for a bucket collection at the much-anticipated Exeter Chiefs vs Saracens match. Our volunteers did a fantastic job of collecting donations during half time plus before and after the game, well done to them all for their enthusiasm! ELF will receive a donation for our efforts from the Foundation at the end of this current season.

Staying at Sandy Park, last year ELF was also one of 22 local charities selected by the Foundation to benefit from match day collections during the 2021/22 season. In return, we provided 30 volunteers to collect donations during a designated Exeter Chiefs' home match at Sandy Park, as well as providing additional volunteers to assist with other charity collections when called upon. ELF Fundraisers Gary and Andy were invited to attend a Presentation Dinner alongside the other charity partners, where it was revealed that the Exeter Chiefs Foundation had raised a mighty £79,000 for good causes, their highest ever total. ELF was presented with a donation of £2,934.36 from last season, an amazing total to help us continue providing vital support for blood cancer patients and their families here in Devon.
